Our factory is located in the Yangtze River Delta region of China, which is one of the largest manufacturing centers in East Asia. For our factory, we have 2 cold extruders which can extruder with 1500 tons pressure, 8 hydraulic presses, more than 20 CNC machine tools, and multiple automated and semi-automated production lines which composition by a large number of surface treatment and processing equipment. Thus we also offer finishing and machining of the extruded product, per your specifications.

Impact extrusion technology is a very flexible manufacturing process. It forcing metal to flow through an orifice between the punch and die under compressive stresses, and the final shape is normally formed in a single stroke of the press.
