Aluminum Impact Extruding is a method of producing a variety of products by forcing metal to flow through an orifice between the punch and die under compressive stresses. And the final shape is normally formed in a single stroke of the press.

For manufacturing process of our Aluminum extrusion products, it mainly has 7 steps:

1. SLUGS

 

The raw material of aluminum is so-called aluminum slug, it made of the aluminum and with the same volume as the blank.

2. IMPACT EXTRUSION

 

Use a mechanical press with a pressure between 150 and 1200 tons to extrude the aluminum block to form a product blank,（通常来说，我们的产品直径范围为x-x，长度范围为x-x）

3. HEAT TREATMENT

 

我们的热处理设备对于零件可以达到（T4，T6和T8）条件的强度值，以满足零件所需要的机械性能

4. MACHINING

 

Secondary machining of aluminum products using multiple mechanical equipment to meet more flexible needs.

5. SURFACE TREATMENT

 

Including polishing, painting, labeling, etc., we perform surface treatment on parts, to meet client surface requirements

6. ASSEMBLY & PACKAGING

 

Through manually or reliable, cost-effective automation, we assemble and pack your part according to your requirements.
